In 2024, a leading building materials company in Brazil invested in a new automated dry mortar production line to address the growing demand for high-quality, standardized mortar products driven by infrastructure and residential construction development.

After a comprehensive evaluation of available solutions, the customer selected NFLG’s tower-type dry mortar mixing plant as the core production system. The plant is designed to manufacture a wide range of conventional dry mortar products, including masonry mortar, plastering mortar, and floor screed mortar, while providing flexibility for future specialty mortar production.

With a designed capacity of 40 tons per hour, the project has become a benchmark dry mortar production facility in the Brazilian market.
